Welcome to Rancho Sahuarita

Thank you for visiting my blog! I'm Amber Barrus, my family and I have lived in Rancho Sahuarita over four years. We absolutly love living here, there are so many oportunities with work, school and play. The theme of Rancho Sahuarita is "It's All In Your Backyard", this is so true... the community offers a highly amenitized lifestyle, surrounding a 15-acre lake park in the center of the community that is ideal for sailing, fishing or enjoying a performance at the lake’s amphitheatre. There are 11 miles of paved trails that weave throughout the community that connect neighborhoods and schools. The eight parks offer a variety of features including a Safari Trail with life-sized bronze statues of African animals, Desert Interpretative and Butterfly Gardens, picnic tables and tot lots. At the centerpiece of this recreational master plan is Club Rancho Sahuarita, with the largest private splash park in Arizona, a 6,000 sq. ft. fitness facility, a new Kids Club, and an Activity Park with an electric train for weekend rides, a pedal car racetrack, a nine-hole miniature golf course, a shaded playground, and an event lawn for concerts and outdoor entertainment.

Contact me today, I'd love to show you the best community in Southern Arizona and help you find the home of your dreams! If you are moving I'd also love to have the opportunity to sell your home.

SOLD - Karmen by Pulte

Another beautiful home sold! There's plenty of room to roam in this 1,800 square foot ranch home. The island kitchen is flanked on either side by a formal dining room and a bright and airy breakfast nook. This great room is impressive with its soaring ceilings and views of the covered patio. The bedrooms are spacious, and you have the option of creating a fourth bedroom or even creating a den. You'll enjoy the tranquility of the master bedroom with its large walk-in closet and bath. A two-car garage offers convenient access to the kitchen, bringing a new appeal to grocery day. Life in the Karmen is refreshing!
